Exceptional service, brilliant communication, and a fantastic place to buy Edge sculptures!
We have been holidaying in Cornwall for the past five years, and during our very first year we stumbled across Quay Art. I instantly fell in love with the sculptures, and as a new collector, I purchased my second piece from them straight away.
Every year since, we have made a special day trip to visit Quay Art, and our visits have become something we really look forward to. This year was no exception, and we ended up purchasing two more beautiful pieces during our visit. Shortly afterwards, my partner discovered that a new white mouse had been released, and I knew immediately where I wanted to purchase it from!
Roger and the whole team are always incredibly helpful, friendly and approachable. Their customer service really is exceptional. From my experience, they are even willing to go the extra mile — on one occasion, they were happy to open the shop a little earlier to make sure I could get the sculpture I wanted. That level of customer care is something you don’t often come across these days.
